Walkers Global had alreayd started their journey to transitioning from their incumbent ITSM solution to ServiceNow. AVANA Services were asked to come in and provide a consultancy service to help ensure a successful implementation and also act as SME on both ServiceNow and Service Management.

Key Objectives

    Move from an incumbent solution to their new ServiceNow instance with minimal impact on users.

    Provide a consultancy service to ensure what was required by Walkers was in fact delivered by their chosen delivery partner.

    To provide SME services in both ServiceNow and Service Management and be the conduit between the deliver partner and Walkers Global.

    As both a consultant and SME, AVANA Services also took on elements of the functional delivery of the ServiceNow solution.
